Email marketing (if applicable): With your consent, we may send you emails regarding our store, new products and other updates.
SECTION 2 - CONSENT
How do I get your consent?
By providing us with your personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, schedule a delivery, or cancel a purchase, we assume you consent to the collection and use of your information for that purpose.
If we ask for your personal information for other reasons, such as marketing purposes, we will ask you directly for your explicit consent or provide you with the opportunity to withdraw your consent.

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if required by law or if you violate our Terms of Sale and Use.
SECTION 4 - PURCHASE
Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our services and products.
Your data is stored in Shopify's storage systems and databases, as well as in the general Shopify application. This data is kept on secure servers and protected by firewalls.
Payment:
When you make a purchase through a direct payment gateway, Shopify stores your credit card information in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) privacy standards. Information related to your purchase is retained until the order is completed. After the order is completed, the details of the purchase transaction are deleted.
All direct payment gateways comply with PCI-DSS requirements administered by companies such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. These requirements ensure the secure processing of credit card information by our store and our service providers.
For more information, see Shopify’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
SECTION 5 - THIRD PARTY SERVICES
In general, third parties collect, use and disclose your information only to the extent necessary to provide their services.
However, some third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase transactions. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy policies of those providers to understand how they handle your personal information.
Please note that some of these providers are located in other jurisdictions or have facilities that are different than your location or ours. For example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed through a payment gateway based in the United States, then your personal information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which that provider is located, including the Patriot Act.
When you leave our website and access third-party websites or applications, you are no longer governed by our Privacy Policy or our Terms of Sale. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these other websites and recommend that you read their privacy policies carefully.
Marketing text messages and notifications (if applicable): By entering your phone number at checkout and initiating a purchase or subscribing to our service, you agree that we may send you SMS notifications (regarding your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and SMS marketing offers. The number of marketing text messages will not exceed X per month. You can opt out of further text messages by clicking the unsubscribe link. Providing text messages or using automated systems requires submitting phone numbers or names of recipients to our service provider. We store and use this data to show you analytics and results of the campaigns, including message delivery status, sending status, and in some cases, whether the purchase resulted in a sale. When you use our link shortener in text messages, we collect information about whether or not the link was clicked to show you analytics. Any other third party services used outside the scope of smsbump.com (such as third party link shortening and GA tracking) are subject to the specific privacy policies of those third parties, which you must agree to. When sending short messages, we pass the data to our short message provider to ensure delivery. The data is only passed to the provider when a marketing campaign is launched. If your recipients no longer wish to receive messages, they must reply "STOP" to the message or contact us at the email address below to successfully unsubscribe.
SECTION 6 - SAFETY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure your information is not lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or inappropriately destroyed.
When you provide us with your credit card information, it is encrypted using the SSL security protocol and stored with AES-256 encryption. While no Internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, we comply with all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional industry-accepted standards.
SECTION 7 - AGE OF CONSENT
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you give us your consent to allow any minor under your supervision to use this site.
SECTION 8 - CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to change this privacy policy at any time, so please check it frequently. Changes and clarifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. If we make changes to the content of this policy, we will notify you so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we are required to disclose it. If our business is acquired through a merger with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners to continue selling our products.
