We have a 20-day return policy, i.e. you have  14  days after receipt of the goods to return them.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the returned product is a consumer product, it cannot be returned. Exceptions are consumer products that are returned unopened in their original packaging.*

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without us first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.


Exceptions / non-exchangeable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, consumable items, custom items (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you already have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-day cancellation period
If the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As described above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not the refund is approved. If so, you will automatically receive a refund using your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
